XeP3 is a patented productivity
improvement software based
toolset to analyse process
activities, including the
usually undocumented interfacing
activities.
It is ideal for improving
complex processes, widespread
process reengineering and
change management programs.
XeP3 is applicable to all
sizes of organisations.
XeP3 can be used with consulting
support, or by an internal
process improvement team.
Indeed, it is one of Bevington’s
core philosophies to transfer
process improvement capability
to our client organisations,
and so training and accrediting
client representatives in
XeP3 is our natural preference.
Our XeP3 Training Course
is designed to:
- Qualify
team members in the use
of Bevington Process Management
Tools
- Introduce initial Lean & Process Reengineering
Concepts;
- Provide practical, hands-on
training for team members
who will become practioners
within their own organisations;
- Prepare change team members
for real implementations
by integrating training
with a real project.

|
We provide the Training and Accreditation Program to enable
client project teams to fully use the key elements
of XeP3.
Following completion of
the XeP3 Training Course,
participants will achieve
Level 1 Accreditation in
XeP3. There are 4 levels
of Practitioner Accreditation
available. Click

Your team members will learn through
a mixture of instruction, exercises, case studies and role-plays.
The topics covered include:
- An
overview of the XeP3 approach;
- Scoping and resourcing
the process improvement
project;
- How to collect and ensure
quality data;
- Engagement of staff
during data collection;
- Handling common issues
and questions.

|
We work with your team members so that they will be able
to:
- Identify
the Value Stream;
- Quantify the level of
process waste (known as ‘Noise’);
- Identify and build processes
and document process
charts;
- Conduct ‘Noise’ driver
analysis (causes of problems);
- Conduct opportunity
analysis (quantify
the time that
can be freed up).
We use a combination of
instruction and case studies
to understand how to undertake
the analysis. We then use
your real data to apply the
skills learnt, which enables
some early outputs to be
available at the end of this
session.
|
|
We work with your team members so that they will be able
to:
- Work
with staff to identify
the solutions to address
the problems and identify
the real level of addressable
opportunity;
- Create plans that clearly
show accountability and
timeframes to guide implementation;
- Influence
the necessary behaviour
changes;
- Track implementation
progress through
the use of measures.
